I am here exactly one week after I wrote my blogs last time.
Suzi, THANKS for keeping all important and relevant information coming to people.  I noted that you were very thorough in providing important details.  I really appreciate your efforts in doing this for me.  Maybe I will have to say one good thing – hard to find – about you at your wedding.  I will start working on that – from tonight.
This week has been the beginning of my last phase of treatment.  It started with the long surgery.  Now I am in the recovery phase.  According to Dr. Brunson and Dr. Tyner, things went as smoothly as they could anticipate.  They removed more parts of stomach and esophagus to be sure that there is no risk of any cancerous cells remaining.  Now I am going through the recovery process.  I am allowed to eat any thing that I want and I am slowly starting.  I think by the end of the week I may be eating some normal food – right now I have forgotten what food is.  And the food that is given to me trough the tube is so convenient that I don¡¯t feel like going through the trouble of eating normal food.
I will be sharing more experiences as we go through.  All I can say currently is that this has been a very interesting experience and is not easy to describe.  Luckily, this is the last phase of this treatment.  I do hope to get back some kind of normal life by the end of June.
When I went in surgery, political situation in India was quite confusing.  When I regained some senses, I found that Mr. Singh is the prime minister.  I have not been able to follow things much in the last few days, but things even in USA are starting to get interesting.

Ramesh, Great to see you back! Congratulations and best wishes for a speedy recovery

Glad to see to back, Ramesh.

Very glad to see that you are back — doing the thing that you enjoyed most in the past few weeks. I am sure NBA playoffs, French Open Tennis, Indy 500 will give you company during your stay at the hospital. May your favorite teams win, and wishing you the best with the last phase of your treatment!!

It’s so wonderful seeing your comments again on the blog. Also the jokes, complains and analysis of global scenario, makes it fully normal. Look forward to reading more of your thoughts on the experience.
Love, Regards and Best wishes for faster recovery.

    Awesome work Mr. Jain :)
