Again sleepiness

One more extremely low energy and sleepy day.  I don¡¯t have any serious nausea, pain or any problems, just this lack of energy.  Try to remain awake, but find myself automatically in sleep mode.  Once again all I did today was to do a bit of surfing on net, some thinking, no reading, going to hospital and sleeping.
